From where can I pick up the keys of the Barcelona apartment?
Our staff will meet and greet you at the apartment in Barcelona and it is here where all your questions and doubts will be answered. We will provide you with information about the city of Barcelona, city maps, and maps of the public transport available and of the area where the apartment is located. At the same time we will provide you with the keys. If you wish to be picked up directly from the airport or from any another location, please contact us or mention in your reservation and at Tendency Group, we will coordinate your arrival as per your request.
Is there a maid or housekeeping service?
The apartments are clean and are dressed with bed linens and towels, and any other special item that you might have requested, so you can use from the first moment of your arrival. At the end of your stay Tendency Group will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the apartment, which cost shall be indicated and included in the booking price. If you want to hire a regular cleaning service during your stay, contact us and we will inform you about the most appropriate service for you. The average price per hour for cleaning is 15 Euros, but may vary depending on the service you want to contract.
Should the guest pay for supplies to the self catering apartment in Barcelona?
Tendency Group includes all supplies (water, electricity and gas) in the price of the reservation of the holiday apartment in Barcelona or of the Barcelona flat for rent that available for short term rental, and the company reserves the right to charge a supplement in the case of improper or irresponsible use of supplies, as well as in the cases where the consumption is significantly higher than usual.
Do I have to pay for a minor companion that shares the Barcelona self catering accommodation?
Tendency Group offers free stay for children under 5 years, you only have to add a comment on the special requirements part of your reservation, informing us that you are accompanied by a child under 5 years. When asked how many people are going to be accommodated the reservation does not include children.
Please keep in mind that a child under 17 years, should always be under adult supervision, this adult being the person responsible for the minor during his stay. Additionally, we are offering specific services for families with children; please contact us for any questions.
Can I get a bed for my baby?
Tendency Group offers our guests that travel with children, baby cots and cradles. These extra beds should be contacted in advance and when making the Barcelona holiday apartment or Barcelona self catering apartment booking. Additionally, we offer specific services for families with children. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to inform you of our extra services dedicated to families with children.
Can I live with a pet?
As a general rule, no pets are allowed but we are putting at your disposal lodging options for travelling with your pet. Contact us and at Tendency Group we will try and accommodate where you can bring your pet with you. In the case of eye seeing dogs, or dogs accompanying disabled people, contact us.
What happens if I break or damage something?
You should communicate it as quickly as possible and Tendency Group will solve it, avoiding as much as possible any extra charge, and if necessary, this will be deducted from the amount of your security deposit.
Can I rent a mobile phone during my stay?
Tendency Group offers our guests the possibility of renting a Mobile Phone throughout their stay. You only have to charge credit for the balance that you want to use. The cost of renting a mobile is 20 Euros per week. If you are interested in this service, contact us and from Tendency Group we will make this service available for you.
Can I connect to high speed internet with my laptop?
Yes, in most of our apartments in Barcelona we have WIFI (wireless) and there are a few apartments that have cable connection. All of our apartments are fully equipped and provide free internet connection so that you can connect to the Internet throughout your stay. Additionally, there are specific services for guests who come to Barcelona for business. Contact us and inform Tendency Group of your needs and desires.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, all the apartments are fully equipped self catering apartments with all the elements needed to cook and enjoy your meals, making your stay as comfortable as possible.
Are bed linens and towels included? What other items are included in the price?
All electrical apparatus and equipment which are described on the website will be included just as all the linens and towels. Each of our guests will need to specify the exact number of people occupying the apartment so we can properly dress the apartment with the amount of necessary items they might need.
If there is any extra item that you thing you might require, you can contact us throughout your stay and we will make it available for you as soon as possible.
Are bed sheets and towels available in the apartment?
Yes, all apartments will have towels and bed sheets for your perfect stay and will also be equipped to the last detail. You will only need your personal things to make you feel at home.
Who is responsible for personal items and valuable belongings?
Our guests will be responsible for personal items during their entire stay. Tendency Group is not liable in case of loss or theft, although most of our apartments in Barcelona are safe.
Is the breakfast included?
The stay does not include breakfast, but all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and you can also book food baskets upon arrival. For details please consult our services and contact us for any doubts and inquiries we are more than happy to help.
What is the Welcome Pack?
We are welcoming all of our guests with a Welcome Basket that includes all basic commodities such as water, coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. If you would like us to include any specific items in your welcome basket please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your desire.
What time can I enter the apartment and when do I have to leave it?
You can check-in at any time after 14:00 am and check-out between 7:30 pm and 12:00 h. If the hours are not suitable for you, contact us and we will arrange an early check in or a late check out from the self catering apartment in Barcelona, depending on your schedule.
With what objective can an apartment be used?
All apartments should be used only for temporary accommodation in Barcelona. Another type of use outside that of a temporary accommodation in Barcelona such as Internet abuse, prostitution, etc, will be reported immediately to the police.

How to get from Barcelona Prat airport to downtown?
To get from the Prat airport to the city center of Barcelona you can choose between three modes of transport: bus, train and taxi.
1. Taxi
The ride in a taxi will cost you on average about 25 Euros, depending on the amount of luggage and the journey time. An average journey depending on traffic takes about 25 minutes to Plaça Catalunya. Taxies are available on the outside of each terminal and are easy to identify by their yellow and black colours. In Barcelona, you can take a taxi directly from the street, and you can easily identify the ones that are available by the green light signal that they have on when they are free. 2. Train

The train from the airport is known as "Cercanías Renfe" and runs every 30 minutes on average, and is located between terminals A and B. It takes about 25 minutes to the city center of Barcelona and has connection to the subway in some of the stops in Barcelona, the most famous of them being "Station Sants and Passeig de Gracia". The train is equipped with screens indicating where and what the connections with other metro lines are and also the connection with the train "Renfe". Working hours are from 6:08 pm, when the first train starts and circulate with a frequency of 30 minutes until 23:28 h. From "Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona the train" Renfe "the first departure is at 5:28 am, the next train leaves the station at 6:02 am and there is a departure every 30 minutes until 23:02 h.
3. Airbus (Bus from the Airport)
The airbus is a bus that goes from the airport to Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona. There are several stops during the trip and usually takes about 30 minutes all the way to Plaza Catalonia. The timetable from the airport is from Monday through Friday from 5:30 pm, with departures on average every 15 minutes until 24:30 h. The timetable from Catalonia Plaza is from 6:00 pm, with departures every 15 minutes on average, until 1:00 pm. The Aerobus stops in Plaza España, Gran Via, Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.
The price of a trip is 4.25 Euros and 7.30 Euros for a return trip from the terminal 2. ToTerminal 1 is 5 euros and 8.65 euros respectively.

How to get to the center of Barcelona from Girona airport?
There is a direct bus from Girona Airport to the North Station in Barcelona, from this point you can go by metro (station "Arc de Triomphe", line 1) to the center of Barcelona. A journey can take 1 hour and 15 minutes on average, the ticket costs 19 euros.
How can I get a taxi?
To ride in a taxi to Barcelona, you can take it directly from the street because they can be easily identified thanks to the green light signal that is turned on when they are free. How to get to the center of Barcelona from Reus airport?
There are direct buses from Reus Airport to Barcelona (100 Km), the stops are "Estacion Sants" and "Plaza Maria Cristina in Barcelona. The ticket costs 18 Euros and takes 1 hour and 20 minutes .Bus information.
How can I pay the amount that corresponds to 30% of the total stay?
Once you complete the reservation form, three are three different ways available for you to pay the 30% fee of your reservation:
a. Payment by credit card, online (100% security on all data provided under the laws on data protection).
b. Conduct a Wire Transfer / Electronic Banking (in this case must be sent via fax to the number 0034935463115 to confirm the reservation within 24 hours).
c. Call at telephone number 0034935463115 to make a payment by credit card directly with one of the members of our staff and get an instant booking confirmation.
How can I pay the remaining amount of (70%) of the stay?
The remaining 70% of the total of your stay is payable in cash (Euros) or by credit card at the time of your check in at the apartment. If you want to propose some other method of payment that is not covered here, contact us and we will evaluate it.
Should we pay a security deposit?
Tendency Group requires a deposit to cover any incident that could result in the apartment this amount will be returned on the last day, after assuring that there has been no damage in the apartment.
Are there extra costs?
No, all supplies (Water, Electricity, Gas) and final cleaning are included in the price of your booking. If you want to hire any additional service, you can find in our Tendency Group Services’ section or contact us directly at Tendency Group and we will gladly listen to all your wishes.
