- Management and coordination of medical appointments.
- Accompanying the patients to medical appointments.
- Run errands and complete any necessary purchase (collects recipes, buy groceries, etc.).
- Coordinate and arrange comfortable transport in the city of Barcelona.
- Organize the Barcelona medical accommodation and all other facilities used, for the perfect and comfortable stay in the house. (exhaustive cleaning and evaluation of materials used that are subject to our guests preferences and medical restrictions).
- Coordinate nurses, personal trainers, chefs and other services contracted in the medical accommodation in Barcelona for the correct and proper recovery of our guests.
- Coordinate the cleaning of the apartment for medical patients in Barcelona, gardening, laundry and other services.
- Recommend and contract leisure activities for other family members.
- Arrange all travel desired by the patient or family members during their stay in Barcelona.
- Administrative assistance as collecting mail, pay bills, etc.
- Plan visits to the spa and gym (very important for recovery).
- Organize the Environment: any activity or task in the medical accommodation in Barcelona that distract the minds of our guests can be delegated to Group Tendency and we will help you fix it, no matter whether it is finding a gift or simply answering a question.
